....All of Cole Constructions projects with us here at Bartlein Property Management have been great successes. At Villa Constance Monty and his great crew solved some very daunting water intrusion problems. We had tenants who couldn't live in their units and Cole soon had the problems solved and the tenants were happy. .....We hired Cole Construction because we at Santa Barbara County Schools Administrative offices needed solutions to several difficult water problem we had at several of our buildings. Monty solved all of our problems and years later the systems he and his workers installed are still functioning perfectly.
At the Hope School location we were almost having to abandon some of our buildings but Monty's ideas and designs worked just as promised and now we have saved literally millions of dollars thanks to these clever and solid designs and fine building skills.
Cole was actually driving a back hoe under parts of our building to excavate a new drain system and install foundation supports. If Cole says he can do it, he means it.
